Fruit al Fresco is ideal for those wanting to offer a preservative-free fruit product, but with a longer shelf life than existing fresh-cut or in-house processed fruit. Because of its 12-day shelf life, Fruit al Fresco is ideal for higher-turnover cafes and restaurants, buffets, hotels, colleges/universities, catering, limited-service restaurants, airlines, and healthcare environments.

What’s the shelf life of the product?
Fruit al Fresco products have a 12-day shelf life from the date they’re processed. The pail lid has a date code printed on it, indicating the recommended best before date. To maintain the best possible quality and ensure customers have an excellent experience with Fruit al Fresco, we recommend storing it in a cooler at between 33-37° F (1-3° C).

Are there any preservatives?
There are no preservatives used, making Fruit al Fresco ideal for preservative-free applications.
